Studio Policies

A deposit and valid credit card must be vaulted to reserve an appointment. Failure to do so will result in future appointments being canceled. A credit card will be charged a 50% cancellation fee if the 48 hour cancellation policy is not upheld. 100% of the service will be charged for same day cancellations and no shows. Failure to pay the fee will result in future appointments canceled.
I understand emergencies happen, all policies are subject to my discretion.

I have a 10 minute grace period for late arrival. After that, nail art or the appointment will be shortened and the full price of the appointment booked will be charged.
If too much time has passed and the appointment must be rescheduled, a no show 100% fee will be charged.

All appointments require a 50% deposit to book. The deposit is non-refundable and will be applied to the service the day of. A valid credit card must be vaulted to book future appointments.

If you are sick, please reschedule your appointment. I appreciate as much notie as possible and will always try to accommodate another appointment. Cancellation policies apply at my discretion.
Children and extra guests are not allowed at the studio unless they are receiving a service. I do not have any extra seating in the studio.
